For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse your parcel to avoid paying these fees, it will be returned to us. In this case, return shipping costs as well as any taxes or fees related to the return will be deducted from your refund.

However, if the refusal is justified (damaged parcel or issue during transport), no fees will be deducted.
