You can cancel or modify your order as long as the status has not changed to ā€œIn transitā€.

  • āœļø Your exact request (cancellation, size/color change, add/remove item, new address)

We will do what’s needed subject to stock availability and confirm by return email.

  • āœ… Possible as long as the order is not ā€œIn transitā€

  • šŸ“§ Send your request to [email protected] (include the order number)

  • šŸ’³ If you have been charged, we will refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit, according to your preference.


šŸ” Modify the contents (size/color/item)

  • āœ… Possible before ā€œIn transitā€, subject to availability

  • šŸ“ Specify exactly what you would like to change

  • šŸ”„ If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund (partial/total depending on the case)
