šŸ“ Procedure

  1. Log in to your Seagale account → My Orders.

  2. Select the relevant order and click on ā€œReturn my orderā€ (within 100 days).

  3. Follow the return process and then download your return label.
    If your label is not downloadable, please send us a message atĀ [email protected]

  4. Drop off the parcel at a Post Office or schedule a letterbox pickup by your mail carrier.

  5. Item condition: send unworn and unwashed products only.


šŸ“¦ Processing & refund

  1. Once received at our warehouse, your return is processed within 24 business hours.
  2. Refund is issued to the original payment method.
    1. Tap to Pay (in-store) exception: refunds are made exclusively in the store where payment was taken.
  3. Exchange: your replacement item ships as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
