Please follow the standard return procedure from your account:
🧭 Steps
- Log in to your Seagale account → My Orders
- Open the relevant order and click “Return my order”
- Select the item you should have received
- In the comment box, please specify:
- that you did not receive the correct item
- the item you received instead (name, color, size)
- You’ll receive your prepaid return label (if eligible) → drop off the parcel.
🚀 What happens next?
- Once we receive your parcel, we’ll immediately reship the correct item.
- Processing time is within 24 business hours after receipt.
