I didn’t receive the right product, what should I do?Updated 3 months ago

Please follow the standard return procedure from your account:



🧭 Steps

  1. Log in to your Seagale account → My Orders

  2. Open the relevant order and click “Return my order

  3. Select the item you should have received

  4. In the comment box, please specify:
    • that you did not receive the correct item
    • the item you received instead (name, color, size)

  5. You’ll receive your prepaid return label (if eligible) → drop off the parcel.


🚀 What happens next?

  • Once we receive your parcel, we’ll immediately reship the correct item.
  • Processing time is within 24 business hours after receipt.
