How can I cancel or modify my order?Updated 3 months ago

You can cancel or modify your order as long as the status has not changed to “In transit”.

👉 Email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with:

  • 🔢 Order number

  • ✍️ Your exact request (cancellation, size/color change, add/remove item, new address)

We will do what’s needed subject to stock availability and confirm by return email.


❌ Cancel my order

  • Possible as long as the order is not “In transit”

  • 📧 Send your request to [email protected] (include the order number)

  • 💳 If you have been charged, we will refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit, according to your preference.


🔁 Modify the contents (size/color/item)

  • Possible before “In transit”, subject to availability

  • 📝 Specify exactly what you would like to change

  • 🔄 If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund (partial/total depending on the case)


📮 Change the delivery address

  • Before “In transit”: send the full new address
    (name, street, postal code, city and phone number)

  • 🚚 Already “In transit”: unfortunately, we can no longer modify the shipping address


ℹ️ Important

Once the order is “🚚 In transit”, we can no longer cancel or modify it.
