📝 Procedure
- Log in to your Seagale account → My Orders.
- Select the relevant order and click on “Return my order” (within 100 days).
- Follow the return process and then download your return label.
If your label is not downloadable, please send us a message at [email protected] - Drop off the parcel at a Post Office or schedule a letterbox pickup by your mail carrier.
- Item condition: send unworn and unwashed products only.
📦 Processing & refund
- Once received at our warehouse, your return is processed within 24 business hours.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Tap to Pay (in-store) exception: refunds are made exclusively in the store where payment was taken.
- Exchange: your replacement item ships as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
