Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
You have 100 days to return your Seagale order for any reason. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.
How do I make a return?
To return a Seagale item, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll assist you every step of the way: return label, tracking, size or color exchange, and quick refund.
If the item still doesn’t fit after an exchange, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund if an item still doesn’t fit after an exchange. Refunds can also be processed directly in-store, including for Tap to Pay purchases.
Can I return a web order in-store?
Yes, you can return your Seagale online order in-store. If the size or color you want is available, the exchange can be made on the spot.
