  1. Log in to your Seagale account → My Orders
  2. Open the new order (the exchange one)
  3. Request a return to receive the refund


🏬 In-store

You can also request the refund in-store

ℹ️ If the payment was made via Tap to Pay, the refund is issued in the same store


📦 Quick conditions

  1. 👕 Item unworn and unwashed
  2.  Deadline: within 3 months after receipt
