My Orders: click on Order details.
Order status:
🟢 Confirmed: order recorded, awaiting preparation.
🚚 In transit: handed over to the carrier; your tracking number is available.
📮 Available at pickup point (if chosen): your parcel is ready for collection.
🔎 Track my parcel
Click the tracking number (above the status) to open the carrier’s page and follow your parcel’s journey.
